HR Intern - Talent Acquisition & HR Operations

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns who are keen to build a career in Human Resources.
This internship is designed under our learning and training program, where interns will gain practical exposure to the complete HR & Recruitment process. You will work closely with the HR and recruitment team and get an opportunity to understand how organizations identify, evaluate, coordinate, and onboard talent.
Key Learning Areas:-

• Understand the end-to-end recruitment process
• Review resumes and identify relevant candidate profiles.
• Maintain and update candidate databases.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and interviewers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, feedback, documentation, and joining.
• Maintain trackers and status reports.
• Prepare and format candidate profiles for client/hiring manager presentation.
• Understand how to highlight relevant skills, experience, and project details.
• Gain an understanding of basic HR Operations processes.
• Assist with employee documentation and HR records.
• Support onboarding and joining formalities.
• Assist the HR team in employee communication and coordination.
• Gain exposure to sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn and social media platforms.
• Understand the candidate screening and initial HR assessment.
• Understand recruitment metrics such as CV-to-Interview Ratio, Interview-to-Selection Ratio, Offer-to-Join Ratio, and Turnaround Time (TAT).
• Understand candidate experience management throughout the hiring life cycle.

Who Can Apply?

• Students or recent graduates pursuing MBA/PGDM in HR, BBA/B.Com/BA or a related field.
• Candidates interested in building a career in HR
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working with MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic office tools.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable with follow-ups and coordination.
• Freshers with a strong interest in HR are encouraged to apply.

Internship Experience

• This internship is intended to provide corporate exposure and structured learning.
• Please note that this is an unpaid training and learning program with no stipend. However, selected candidates will get an opportunity to work on practical assignments, enhance their technical and professional skills, and gain experience that can add significant value to their career journey.
