HR Intern, Talent Acquisition

About the Role

You will work directly with our Talent Acquisition team across the full recruitment cycle, from understanding hiring needs to onboarding new joiners. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, not an observer position.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, and referrals
• Draft and post job descriptions and manage job postings
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic screening calls
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update the candidate tracker / ATS with accurate data
• Follow up with candidates for feedback, documentation, and joining formalities
• Support campus and walk-in hiring drives
• Assist with offer rollouts and pre-onboarding coordination
• Prepare weekly reports on pipeline status, source effectiveness, and time-to-fill

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM (HR) or BBA/BA/B.Com with HR interest
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Ability to handle confidential candidate data responsibly
• Organized, punctual, and able to meet daily targets

Good to Have

• Prior internship or project exposure in recruitment
• Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter or any ATS
• Basic understanding of hiring
