Job Responsibilities

• Support the HR team in recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
• Collect and maintain employee documents and records.
• Assist with updating employee data in HR systems.
• Support attendance, leave and other HR-related activities.
• Coordinate with employees and store teams for HR requirements.
• Assist the HR team in maintaining proper documentation and reports.
• Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the management.

Skills & Requirements

• Pursuing or completed MBA/PG in Human Resources
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
