Human Resource Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing: Assist in talent sourcing through various channels, including job boards, campus placements, and social media platforms.
• Resume Screening: Review and filter incoming applications to identify candidates that match job requirements.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews (phone, video, and in-person) between candidates and hiring managers.
• Candidate Engagement: Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Job Postings: Help create engaging job descriptions and post job openings on various job platforms and company career pages.
• HR Projects: Participate in recruitment drives, employer branding initiatives, or other special HR projects as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Currently recently completed a Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential candidate information with discretion.
• Proactive attitude with a eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
