Human Resource Intern

The candidate will get hands-on exposure to IT recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and HR documentation in a technology-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for IT hiring.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Support employee onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain employee records, HR trackers, and HRMS data.
• Assist with attendance, leave, and other HR operations.
• Support employee engagement activities, events, surveys, and training initiatives.
• Prepare HR letters, reports, and other documentation.
• Assist the HR team with day-to-day administrative and operational activities.

Requirements

• Graduate/MBA pursuing or completed in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
• Prior HR internship experience will be an added advantage.Role & responsibilities
