About the Role

Pebble Street Hospitality is looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our HR team and gain hands-on experience in Recruitment & HR Operations within the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Assist with joining formalities, documentation & onboarding.
• Support day-to-day HR operations and employee records.
• Coordinate with outlet teams for manpower requirements.

Requirements

• Graduate / pursuing graduation in HR, Management, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Must be comfortable working from office in Lower Parel for 3 months.
