About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter Intern to join our HR team.
The intern will support the recruitment team in sourcing candidates, coordinating
interviews, maintaining candidate records, and assisting with day-to-day recruitment
activities.
Key Responsibilities

Understand job descriptions and hiring requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other
recruitment channels.

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on the job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate calls and assess basic eligibility, experience, skills, and
availability.

Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and interviewers.
Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, feedback, selection, and joining.
Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Prepare and share candidate profiles/CVs with the concerned team.
Assist in preparing recruitment reports and daily/weekly hiring updates.
Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Support the HR team in other recruitment-related activities as required.

Graduate or pursuing graduation in BBA, B.Com, MBA/HR, or a related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office.
Good follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
