Human Resource Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing: Source relevant profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Resume Screening: Review and shortlist CVs based on job descriptions and hiring requirements.
• Candidate Calling: Connect with candidates to discuss job opportunities, assess their interest, and understand their qualifications, experience, salary expectations, and notice period.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews with candidates and coordinate with hiring managers and internal teams.
• Candidate Follow-ups: Follow up on interview feedback, candidate availability, and hiring updates.
• Database Management: Maintain and update candidate trackers, recruitment sheets, and applicant databases.
• Job Posting: Assist in posting job openings on relevant recruitment platforms and social media channels.
• Offer Coordination: Support offer discussions, documentation follow-ups, and candidate joining coordination.
• Recruitment Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports and share hiring progress updates with the team.
• End-to-End Support: Assist the Talent Acquisition team throughout the recruitment lifecycle to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
