HR Intern - Talent Acquisition

Location: R City Offices, Ghatkopar West, Mumbai

About the Role

We are looking for an HR Intern – Talent Acquisition to join our growing HR team. This is a hands-on, recruitment-heavy role where you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team on live hiring mandates across functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media and other channels
• Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
• Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases and MIS
• Support offer rollouts, documentation and pre-joining follow-ups
• Assist in bulk hiring and urgent hiring mandates
• Build candidate pipelines for current and upcoming positions
• Support recruitment drives and other Talent Acquisition initiatives
• Assist the HR team with basic HR operations and employee-related activities when required

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate / pursuing graduation in HR, BBA, BMS, B.Com, Psychology or related fields
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with candidates over calls
• Proactive, energetic and target-oriented
• Good follow-up and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong interest in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
• Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred
