Human Resource Intern

to support our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who is interested in people management, recruitment, and workplace culture. As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in real-time HR activities and play a key role in supporting our daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).

• Communicate with candidates and ensure a smooth interview process.

• Support onboarding and employee documentation.

• Maintain and update HR databases and records.

• Assist in tracking attendance, leaves, and employee details.

• Help organize internal events and employee engagement activities.

• Draft emails, HR communications, and basic reports.

• Work closely with the HR team on daily administrative tasks.

Required Skills Qualifications:

• Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or any related field .

• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).

• Good interpersonal skills and a friendly approach.

• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes is a plus.

• Familiarity with MS Excel / Google Sheets .

• Well-organized with attention to detail.

• Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
