About Role -

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our HR team. This role will provide hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities-

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interview scheduling and follow-ups.
• Assist with joining and onboarding formalities.
• Maintain and update employee and recruitment records.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Required Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes.
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google workspace
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Positive attitude and professional approach.

Preferred Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR, BBA, B.Com, or a related field.
• Prior internship or academic exposure to HR/recruitment will be an advantage.
