Human Resource Intern

Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting initial interviews for rank-and-file and entry-level positions.
• Organize 201 files and onboarding documents of new hires.
• Prepare recruitment forms, assessments, and other required documents.
• Provide general administrative support to the recruitment, compensation and benefits, and organizational development functions to help ensure timely processing of applications.
• Support the Learning and Development section by assisting in trainings and records management.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology or Business Administration major in Human Resource Management.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information.
• Eager to learn, proactive, and a team player.
• Proficient in basic computer application (e.g., Microsoft Office, emails, Canva, etc.).
• Willing to work onsite in Llano Road, Caloocan City.
