Responsibilities:

• Post job openings on job boards, screen resumes, and coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Help prepare new hire paperwork, welcome kits, and orientation schedules, and assist with exit documentation.
• Maintain and update employee databases, digital files, and HR records with high accuracy and confidentiality.
• Draft basic HR letters, manage attendance or leave tracking inputs, and handle general staff inquiries regarding policies.
• Support internal communications, staff feedback surveys, and the planning of team bonding or company events.
