HR Intern Talent Acquisition (TA)

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update recruitment MIS trackers and candidate databases.
• Source candidate profiles through Naukri and other job portals.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and profile shortlisting.
• Call candidates to explain job opportunities and assess interest.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure timely updates of candidate status in recruitment reports.
• Support the TA team in achieving hiring targets and maintaining recruitment records.
