About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive HR Intern with strong communication skills to join our Human Resources team. This 1-year internship program is designed to offer hands-on experience across multiple HR functions and is ideal for individuals aspiring to build a long-term career in HR.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
• Support onboarding, documentation, and induction processes
• Communicate effectively with candidates and internal teams
• Maintain and update HR databases and records
• Help in organizing employee engagement and wellness programs
• Assist in drafting HR policies, email communications, and reports
• Handle employee queries and support the HR team in day-to-day operations

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree (or pursuing final year) in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• High level of initiative, energy, and willingness to learn
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
