Human Resource Intern

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare and release offer letters to selected candidates.
• Coordinate with candidates to collect necessary documents and complete pre-joining formalities.
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires and ensure a smooth joining experience.
• Maintain and update candidate records, offer status, and onboarding documentation.
• Follow up with candidates regarding offer acceptance, joining dates, and pending documents.
• Coordinate with the HR team and hiring managers to ensure timely completion of recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations as required.

Preferred candidate profile

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information responsibly.
• Proactive, organized, and willing to learn HR processes.
• Freshers with a keen interest in HR operations and recruitment coordination are welcome to apply.
