Human Resource Intern (OJT/ Practicum)

VS Adriano & Associates Co. is looking for a motivated HR Intern to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee onboarding, and training support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with job posting and candidate sourcing
• Support interview coordination and initial applicant screening
• Assist in facilitating New Employee Orientation
• Assist in preparing training modules and materials
• Support other HR-related administrative tasks

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

• Onsite: Monday to Tuesday – Head Office, Rosario, Pasig City
• Offsite: Wednesday to Friday

Working Hours:
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Requirements:

• Currently taking Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related course
• 3rd year, 4th year, or graduating student
• Must have a personal laptop for internship use
• Willing to report onsite at Rosario, Pasig City

Internship Allowance:
₱100/day
