About The Role:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team.

This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. It is a great opportunity for freshers who want to start their career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Support onboarding activities for new employees.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on job portals.
• Coordinate with candidates and internal teams during the hiring process.
• Support HR team in employee engagement activities and HR operations.
• Perform other administrative HR tasks as assigned.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: BBA / MBA (HR preferred)
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment processes
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
