Human Resource Internship

1.      HR Administration & Records

• Maintain accurate and organized HR records and filing documentation.
• Perform manual data entry and update HR records, including: Medical claims, Monthly Red Alert bills, Training records, Locker records & other HR records when needed
• Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations.

2.      Onboarding & Training

• Prepare and issue employee access cards for new hires.
• Support new employee orientation and induction programmes when needed.
• Assist with training records and training & development activities.

3.      Employee Welfare & Facilities

• Assist employees with clinic visits when required.

• Monitor the cleanliness and condition of wet and dry changing rooms.

• Ensure employees have appropriate uniforms, safety boots, and required work equipment, arranging replacements when necessary.

4.      Inventory & Uniform Management

• Monitor stock levels of: Safety boots (Store 35 & Production Store), Visitor cabinet supplies, Worker uniforms.
• Inspect uniform racks and boot racks to ensure they are properly maintained.
• Assist with replenishing safety boots at the Production Store.
• Conduct stock counts and inventory checks for uniforms and PPE.

5.      Operational Support

• Assist with external errands and other outside assignments as required.
• Collect documents from the Production Office document tray.
• Provide general support to the HR team.
• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

• Male candidates are preferred.
• Educational background in Administration, Business Management, or other related fields is an advantage.
• Candidates who are available for a 6-month internship are preferred.
