Human Resource Internship

About the role

As an HR Intern, you'll support the team with day-to-day people operations and help create a great employee experience. You'll get real exposure, real responsibilities, and real opportunities to grow in recruitment, company culture, employee engagement, and what really happens behind the scenes of a growing team.

Key responsibilities

• Assisting with recruitment and interview coordination
• Screening resumes and communicating with candidates
• Helping onboard new hires
• Supporting employee engagement activities & events
• Assisting with HR documentation and employee records
• Helping with internal communications and company culture initiatives
• Learning how HR supports business growth and team performance

About you

• Are studying Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or related fields
• Enjoy working with people and communicating clearly
• Are organized, responsible, and proactive
• Can multitask without panicking
• Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Know basic Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
