Human Resource It Recruiter

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer rollout
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), referrals, and campus/agency channels
• Draft and post job descriptions across relevant platforms
• Conduct initial HR screening rounds and coordinate technical/functional interviews with department heads
• Handle onboarding and induction for new hires
• Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases
• Support in drafting HR policies, offer letters, and employment documentation
• Assist with performance review cycles and employee engagement initiatives
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and manpower planning
• Handle basic employee grievance resolution and act as a point of contact for HR queries

Preferred Candidate Profile

• MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in HR/recruitment, preferably in a marketing agency, startup, or F&B/hospitality environment
• Strong sourcing and screening skills across job portals and social channels
• Hands-on experience with the full recruitment cycle (JD creation to onboarding)
• Working knowledge of HR compliance basics (offer letters, appointment letters, exit formalities)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for HR data tracking
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced agency environment
• Prior experience hiring for creative/marketing roles (content, ads, design) is a plus
