Recommended screening keywords: Talent Acquisition, Technical Recruitment, Power Sector, Renewable Energy, Engineering Recruitment, EPC, Naukri.com, Leadership Hiring, HR Management.

One recommendation: Prioritise candidates who have recruited engineers and senior technical professionals in the power and renewable energy sectors, rather than candidates whose experience is limited to general corporate or IT recruitment.
