HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

About the role

As the Human Resource Manager at TSP 3G SDN. BHD. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's workforce and driving its growth and success. Based in Jalan Ipoh, 44200 Rasa, Hulu Selangor, Selangor this full-time position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource management, ensuring the company attracts, develops and retains top talent.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing effective HR strategies and policies to support the company's business objectives
• Overseeing the recruitment, selection and onboarding of new employees
• Managing employee relations, including performance management, training and development, and conflict resolution
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
• Administering employee salary, benefits and compensation programs
• Collaborating with senior management to identify and address workforce needs
• Leading and motivating the HR team to deliver high-quality, customer-focused service
• Continually improving HR processes and practices to enhance the employee experience

What we're looking for

• Substantial experience (5+ years) in a senior HR management role, preferably within the human resources & recruitment industry
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law and compliance requirements
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in HR data analysis and using HR information systems
• Proven track record of leading and motivating HR teams
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
