Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our HR department. As the go-to person for all employee-related matters, you will be responsible for aligning our HR initiatives with the companys strategic business goals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of employment laws, a knack for talent acquisition, and the ability to cultivate a positive corporate culture.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from drafting job descriptions and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
• Develop an engaging and comprehensive onboarding process to ensure new hires seamlessly integrate into the company culture.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

• Act as a bridge between management and employees by addressing demands, grievances, or other workplace issues.
• Proactively resolve employee relations matters through thorough investigations, conflict resolution, and guidance.
• Nurture a positive working environment and champion company values through team-building activities and engagement surveys.

3. Performance Management

• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and continuous feedback.
• Provide coaching and guidance to department managers on performance improvement plans, disciplinary actions, and team development.

4. HR Operations & Compliance

• Ensure legal compliance with Indian labor laws and local employment regulations (PF, PT, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee files, compensation data, and organizational charts.
• Develop, implement, and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.

5. Compensation & Benefits

• Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring competitive positioning and compliance with legal requirements.
• Maintain the pay plan and coordinate with the finance team for timely and accurate payroll processing.

6. Training & Development

• Assess training needs and collaborate with department heads to implement professional development and upskilling programs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of proven working experience in an HR Management or HR Generalist role.
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws, HR best practices, and payroll compliance.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Keka, Zoho People, Darwinbox) and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
• Soft Skills: Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a high degree of empathy and emotional intelligence.
• Leadership: Ability to architect strategy along with strong leadership skills to mentor a growing HR team.
