Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop HR policies, procedures, and guidelines that align with business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement effective employee retention strategies to reduce attrition rates.
• Analyze manpower planning data to identify trends and areas for improvement in workforce planning.
• Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to enhance their skills and productivity.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in human resource management or related field (industrial relations).
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution.
• Strong understanding of HR budgeting, manpower analysis, manpower planning, resource management, resource planning, workforce planning concepts.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels.
