Human Resource Manager

*Handle end to end recruitment and Hiring

*Source, Screen and interview suitable candidates

*Manage employee onboarding and documentation.

*Handle attendance, leave managment and HR Records.

*Ensure employees follow company policies and Processes

*Resolve employee concerns and maintain healthy workspace

*Conduct Performance reviews and employee engagement activities

*Support employee retention and overall HR Opperations.

Requirements

* 2+ years of HR experience

* Strong expertise in recruitment and employee Management

* Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills

*Ability to work independently and take ownership

*Strong organizational and problem solving skills.
