We’re looking for an HR Manager who’s passionate about people, culture, and results. In this role, you’ll work directly with the CEO, lead company-wide HR initiatives, and help us attract and retain top talent as we scale.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the end-to-end HR function—from recruitment to retention.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company growth and culture.
• Build and manage onboarding, training, and performance management systems.
• Track team KPIs, productivity metrics, and morale pulse regularly.
• Draft, organize, and oversee all employee contracts (interns, freelancers, contractors, and FTEs).
• Act as a business partner to the CEO and department heads on people strategy.
• Keep the team aligned with internal updates, memos, and communications.
• Lead and manage compliance with Philippine labor laws and HR policies.
• Coach and develop leaders and team members to hit goals and grow professionally.

🧠 Requirements

• Solid knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance.
• At least 5 years of HR leadership experience (preferably in a startup or SaaS setting).
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and people development skills.
• Strong communication, documentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented.
• Tech-savvy, capable of using HRIS tools, tracking metrics, and implementing systems.
• Bonus: Experience in training, culture building, and HR automation.
