Human Resource Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall HR & Administration functions in line with company objectives.
• Manage manpower planning, recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
• Oversee employee relations, including on boarding, probation, confirmation, transfer, resignation and termination.
• Manage foreign employees, including EP applications, insurance, taxation and related matters.
• Develop and manage compensation, benefits and performance appraisal systems.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and HR regulations.
• Develop and implement training and employee development programmes.
• Oversee daily administrative operations, including office facilities, assets, vehicles, accommodation and business travel.
• Establish and implement HR & Admin policies, procedures and systems.
• Provide HR & Admin support and advice to management and employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in HR & Administration, with at least 3 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
• Experience in Malaysia HR practices and labour laws.
• Experience in Chinese-invested or foreign-invested companies is preferred.
• Fluent in Mandarin, English and Malay.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, ERP systems and other office applications.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits and foreign employee management.
• Strong communication, leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently, under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
