Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR professional to manage end-to-end HR activities for our hospital unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
• Handle recruitment, interview coordination, selection and onboarding.
• Manage employee documentation, attendance and HRMS activities.
• Coordinate with HODs for manpower requirements and workforce planning.
• Handle employee engagement, grievance handling and employee relations.
• Support performance management, training and development activities.
• Ensure implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Prepare HR MIS and maintain employee records.
• Coordinate with Corporate HR and Unit Management for HR-related activities.
• Ensure compliance with hospital HR processes and company policies.
• Handle day-to-day HR operations and other assigned HR activities.

Requirements

• MBA / PGDM in HR is mandatory.
• Healthcare / Hospital HR experience is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of end-to-end HR processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and HRMS.
• Ability to handle multiple HR activities independently.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience: 3+ years in HR, preferably in the healthcare/hospital industry.
