Human Resource Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

·         Preferably with 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial

·         Position with experience in a manufacturing or unionized environment.

·         Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and DOLE regulations.

·         Knowledge of employee relations, performance management, training and disciplinary procedures.

·         Experience in handling labor disputes, grievances, NTEs, administrative investigations, and employee discipline.

·         Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

·         Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and HRIS or payroll systems.

·         Must be willing to work Monday-Friday, in a compressed work week schedule.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·          Implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.

·         Develop and implement employee performance management and appraisal programs and   Identify training needs and coordinate employee training and development programs.

·         Manage employee relations, including grievances, complaints, disciplinary cases, NTEs,       administrative investigations, and conflict resolution.

·         Coordinate with management regarding manpower planning, organizational development, and employee concerns.

·         Prepare HR reports, manpower reports, turnover analysis, ·attendance reports, and other management reports.

Supervise, coach, and evaluate HR staff to ensure efficient delivery of HR services
