Human Resource Manager

Qualifications :

• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Law or relevant experience
• 5+ years' experience in Human Resources
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
• Attention to detail and good judgement
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, faculty, and administration.
