Human Resource Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources within the organization. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives in recruitment, employee relations, compliance, compensation and benefits, performance management, and organizational development. The HR Manager will work closely with department heads and company leadership to ensure HR strategies align with business goals and support a positive, compliant, and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

HR Administration

• Administer company-wide performance reviews and employee evaluations.
• Maintain an up-to-date employee master list and database.
• Ensure enforcement of HR-related employee obligations (e.g., attendance, breaks, leaves).
• Disseminate and maintain transparency of HR policies.
• Prepare and submit regular HR reports and summaries.

Recruitment, Onboarding, and Talent Development

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to final hiring decisions.
• Proactively explore innovative sourcing tools (e.g., social media, alternative job platforms).
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition & Retention Team on recruitment strategies.
• Partner with the Operations Manager and Team Leads to address workforce planning and upskilling.
• Ensure timely and effective onboarding for new hires.

Employee Relations and Engagement

• Address and resolve employee relations issues, fostering a supportive workplace.
• Conduct periodic employee engagement surveys and in-person check-ins.
• Oversee offboarding procedures and exit processes.
• Represent the company in DOLE SENA, NLRC hearings, and other labor-related engagements.

Compensation, Benefits, and Compliance

• Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, government benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and discretionary benefits (HMO, GLI, etc.).
• Ensure all HR-related employee concerns (e.g., payroll, benefits disputes) are resolved within SLA.
• Lead the annual compensation review cycle and salary benchmarking efforts.
• Ensure full compliance with labor laws and government regulations.
• Maintain accurate and timely employee records related to compliance and discipline.

Performance and Organizational Development

• Develop and manage performance appraisal systems to boost employee productivity.
• Conduct employee and managerial training programs.
• Identify and nurture high-potential talent for succession planning.
• Analyze HR metrics to guide decision-making and continuous improvement.

HR Strategy and Culture

• Align HR strategy with overall business objectives.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure service excellence and positive employee experience.
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in line with company values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of overall HR experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and related laws.
• Professional certifications such as CHRP are highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in all facets of HR: Employee Relations, Labor Relations, C&B, Health & Safety, Data Management, Engagement, etc.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks under deadlines.
