Human Resource Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement HR strategies to drive employee engagement, retention, and development within the organization.
• Partner with hiring managers to design job descriptions, develop recruitment plans, and conduct interviews for open positions.
• Manage the entire employee life cycle from onboarding to separation, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Analyze metrics to measure HR performance and make data-driven decisions to improve processes.

Job Requirements :

• 4-9 years of experience in an HR role as a Business Partner or similar position.
• Proven track record of success in employee engagement initiatives such as surveys, focus groups, or training programs.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices including job description writing, interview techniques, and candidate evaluation methods.
