Human Resource Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage attendance, leave, payroll processing, salary preparation, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity), bonus act & contract labour act.
• Ensure accurate data entry into HRIS system for employee records.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee personal information at all times.
• Provide support to management on HR-related matters such as recruitment, training & development programs.
• Coordinate with external vendors for audits related to labour laws.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 15-20 years of experience in an industrial setting with expertise in HR administration.
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word) for document preparation and Excel for data analysis.
