Human Resource Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage day-to-day HR operations and support recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and candidate coordination.

- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee records.

- Coordinate attendance, leave, payroll, and related HR activities.

- Develop and implement HR policies and processes.

- Handle employee queries and maintain positive employee relations.

- Support performance management and employee engagement activities.

- Maintain HR reports, MIS, and employee documentation.

- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable labour regulations.

- Coordinate with management and different teams for HR-related requirements.

Required Skills:

- 23 years of relevant HR experience.

- Strong knowledge of HR operations and recruitment.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle multiple HR activities independently.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR documentation.
