Job Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end monthly payroll, attendance, leave, overtime and salary processing.

* Handle PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, Gratuity and other statutory compliances.

* Ensure timely statutory returns, challans and compliance documentation.

* Manage Full & Final Settlement and employee payroll queries.

* Maintain HR records, payroll MIS and statutory registers.

* Coordinate with Accounts, consultants and government authorities for compliance matters.

* Handle audits, inspections and labour-law related requirements.

* Support HR operations, employee relations and HR policies.

Candidate Profile

* MBA/PGDM in HR Preferred.

* 5 to 8 years of relevant Payroll & Compliance experience.

* Manufacturing/industrial experience preferred.

* Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, payroll and statutory compliance.

* Good MS Excel/HRMS skills and strong communication.
