What they need
- Manage end-to-end payroll operations, including attendance, leave, OT, incentives, allowances, deductions, and monthly payroll processing through HRIS.
- Prepare and submit payroll-related documents, including Social Security, tax filings (P.N.D.1, P.N.D.1 Kor, 50 Bis), and other statutory reports.
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, salary adjustment letters, promotion letters, probation confirmations, and salary certificates.
- Develop and manage performance appraisal processes, probation evaluations, promotion evaluations, and annual salary review cycles.
- Consolidate performance evaluation results and prepare reports and recommendations for management.
- Handle employee relations, provide labor law consultation, manage disciplinary cases, warning letters, and company policy updates.
- Review and improve employee benefits and coordinate employee welfare programs.
- Plan and monitor the HR department budget and compensation & benefits programs.
- Support manpower planning, organization chart updates, and HR reporting.
- Lead and support the HR team while coordinating with management and cross-functional departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
