Human Resource Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resource Manager to lead our HR operations, oversee recruitment, and drive employee engagement across all departments. The right candidate will act as a trusted partner to management, ensuring smooth HR processes, compliance, and a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Supervise payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.)
• Conduct training, performance appraisals, and employee development programs
• Foster a positive and inclusive work culture through engagement initiatives
• Advise management on strategic HR planning, manpower budgeting, and retention strategies
• Handle grievance redressal and ensure healthy employee relations
• Prepare and present HR reports and analytics to senior management

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
• Strong understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office and HRMS software
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and people management ability
