Human Resource Manager

About the role

Support Factory Manager for human resources services and control of the implementation of labor relations activities to meet the needs of the Company and Employees.

Key responsibilities

• Develop Human Resources system, including Benefit & Welfare, HR administrations, Employee Relations, HR Development, Performance Management & Learning and Reward
• Collect trends of the rate of pay and fringe benefits offer a comparison between inside and outside the Company to use for top management decision making in operation
• Analysis compensation of employees within the organization to be competitive with the market
• Plan and manage the operation relative to HR to conform to the develop company policy
• Control and prepare rules and regulations, code of conduct are in accordance with labor laws and review up to date
• Act as a middle person to interpret clear and accurate messages for a good understanding between the Company and employees to create mutual understanding and prevent conflicts
• Define a Succession plan and carrier path plan

About you

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Law, Political Science, General Management, or other related fields
• Experience in handling overall HR execution, and having knowledge of modern HR Management, HR Development functions and experience in Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Performance Management, Welfare, Compliance and Corporate Social Responsibility
• Experience in manufacturing industry, handle with Labor Union
• Good knowledge and awareness of labor laws, Safety regulations
• Good communication in English (speaking & writing) and good computer skills
• Self-motivation, team spirit and strong leadership
• Able to track and interpret workforce metrics
