The candidate will be responsible for leading HR operations, employee relations, talent management, HR strategy, compliance, performance management, stakeholder engagement, and continuous process improvement.

Job Role Involves:

• Leading end-to-end HR operations and ensuring a seamless employee lifecycle experience.
• Acting as a strategic HR partner to employees, managers, and business leaders.
• Managing employee relations, grievances, workplace concerns, and conflict-resolution matters.
• Ensuring adherence to company policies, employment regulations, statutory requirements, and HR governance standards.
• Maintaining accurate employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS data.
• Partnering with Talent Acquisition on workforce planning, hiring strategies, and manpower requirements.
• Managing onboarding, probation, confirmation, internal movements, and employee transitions.
• Driving performance management, annual appraisal, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Supporting succession planning and organizational development initiatives.
• Reviewing and improving HR policies, processes, and overall employee experience.
• Driving HR transformation, automation, digitization, and process optimization initiatives.
• Leveraging HR analytics and workforce data to support strategic business and people decisions.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws and internal governance requirements.
• Supporting internal and external audits, compliance reviews, and statutory reporting.
• Preparing HR dashboards, analytics, reports, and management presentations.
• Partnering with business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, employee development, and people strategy.
• Providing strategic guidance to managers on employee relations, performance, organizational development, and HR best practices.
• Driving initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, culture, retention, and overall employee experience.
• Managing cross-functional stakeholders and ensuring effective implementation of HR initiatives.
• Identifying HR process gaps and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Leading change management initiatives and ensuring smooth adoption of new HR processes and policies.

Job Role Requires:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Graduation/Post-Graduation in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably with experience in an HR Manager/HR Business Partner/HR leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, performance management, talent management, and HR strategy.
• Strong understanding of employment laws, statutory compliance, and HR governance.
• Experience working with HRIS, HR analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Strong analytical and process-improvement mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong influencing, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, and highly organized.
