Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage day-to-day HR operations and support business teams in building an efficient and engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across corporate, sales, and project functions.
• Handle employee lifecycle management, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exits.
• Manage HR operations, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR MIS.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, engagement, and retention.
• Implement and maintain HR policies, processes, and SOPs.
• Drive performance management, training, and employee development.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Work closely with management and department heads on manpower planning and HR initiatives.
• Prepare regular HR reports and MIS for management.

Candidate Profile

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
• 8-15 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in Real Estate/Construction.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
