Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead end-to-end human resource operations for our organisation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, statutory compliance, and HR administration. The role requires a people-centric professional who can build a positive work culture while ensuring compliance with company policies and labour regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
• Oversee employee induction and orientation programs to ensure a smooth joining experience.
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices.
• Handle employee documentation, HR records, and personnel files.
• Manage employee confirmation, probation reviews, promotions, transfers, and exit formalities.
• Support performance management, employee engagement, and learning & development initiatives.
• Address employee queries and foster a positive and productive workplace environment.
• Maintain HR-MIS, prepare & present periodic HR reports and dashboards to Chairman / Management.
• Monitor attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs with the finance/payroll team.
• Strategise and implement organisational initiatives and HR projects.
• Ensure adherence of company policies, code of conduct, and statutory guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10-15 years of experience in Human Resources Management.
• Strong experience in recruitment, onboarding, induction, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations.
• Sound knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Experience in handling HR documentation, employee relations, and HR administration.
• Familiarity with HRMS and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with professionalism.
• Knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

• MBA/MSW/PGDM in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree from a recognised university.
