Human Resource Manager

Role & responsibilities

To build a structured HR system for a 100+ employee organisation and support management in employee management, performance, culture and organisational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment, onboarding and employee records.

• Conduct regular one-on-ones and understand employee concerns.

• Monitor employee performance, workload and productivity.

• Identify overworked, underutilised and underperforming employees and recommend solutions.

• Develop KRAs/KPIs and a structured appraisal system.

• Recognise and reward good performers while addressing performance issues.

• Build a positive and accountable company culture.

• Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts at an early stage.

• Develop clear roles, responsibilities and reporting structures.

• Identify manpower requirements and support team restructuring.

• Implement HR policies, training and employee development programmes.

• Provide management with regular HR reports and insights.

Ideal Candidate:

An approachable but firm HR professional who can act as a bridge between management and employees, understand people issues early, maintain discipline and help build a stronger organisation as the company grows.
