Human Resource Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Managing all aspects of an employee life cycle ranging from Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance management to the exit process

• Setting objectives for Human Resources team and also tracking progress
• Designing as well as implementing company policies for promoting a healthy environment
• Supporting and suggesting improvements to the recruitment process • Maintaining HR procedures in compliance with regulations
• Address complaints and resolve them by implementing innovative solutions
• Host events for the employees to keep the workplace fun and engaging
• Ensuring HR team addresses the requests and complaints of employees in a timely manner
• Reviewing departmental budgets and also reporting on them
• Monitoring HR metrics (e.g., cost-per-hire and turnover rates)
• Discussing the career development paths of employees with Managers
• Hosting and organizing companys recruitment events
• Developing benefits and compensation plans

Preferred candidate profile

• Familiar with Human Resource management and Applicant tracking system

• Experience with full cycle recruiting

• Good communication skills

• Excellent ability to create a comfortable and healthy work environment for employees

• MBA in HR
