Human Resource Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage HR operations, including employee onboarding, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations by maintaining accurate records and filing necessary reports.
• Develop and implement policies to promote a positive work environment, such as performance management systems and conflict resolution procedures.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop programs to improve employee skills.

Job Requirements :

• 3-7 years of experience in an HR role within the engineering & construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance, including labor laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in managing complex administrative tasks related to HR operations (e.g., payroll processing).
• Ability to analyze data to inform business decisions about policy development or process improvements.
