Human Resource Manager

About the role

The Human Resource Manager will lead the People & Culture function, ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws while fostering a positive, engaging, and mission-driven workplace. This role is responsible for designing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and driving initiatives that support organizational growth and employee well-being.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end hiring processes, ensuring candidates meet organizational standards and onboarding is smooth and engaging
• Draft, update, and enforce HR policies aligned with Philippine labor law and company values
• Act as a trusted advisor for employees and managers, handling grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions fairly and transparently
• Lead performance appraisal cycles, set KPIs, and support managers in coaching and developing their teams
• Design programs that improve employee satisfaction, recognition, and retention, including wellness and learning initiatives
• Identify skill gaps and implement training programs to upskill employees and strengthen leadership pipelines
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with statutory contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
• Provide insights to leadership on workforce planning, succession strategies, and organizational development

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, with at least 1 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations
• Proven track record in policy design, employee relations, and compliance
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Empathetic, strategic, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency in HRIS/HR software and Microsoft Office tools
