What they need
- Lead workforce planning and end-to-end recruitment across MASKHAL, prioritising Live Commerce, Sales and other key business functions.
- Manage job advertising, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, offers and recruitment pipelines.
- Oversee the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, confirmation, promotion, transfer and separation.
- Manage and verify payroll, attendance, leave, benefits, claims and statutory contributions in coordination with the Account team.
- Develop, review and implement HR policies, SOPs, employment contracts, employee handbooks and HR documentation.
- Ensure HR practices comply with applicable Malaysian employment laws and regulatory requirements.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, workplace conflicts, disciplinary matters and performance concerns professionally.
- Develop and coordinate KPI setting, probation reviews, performance appraisals and Performance Improvement Plans.
- Identify training needs and support onboarding, employee development, engagement and company-culture initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare management reports covering recruitment, headcount, attendance, turnover and employee performance.
- Advise the CEO and department leaders on HR matters while building scalable HR processes for the company’s future growth.
