Qualifications:

• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and labor laws
• Excellent communication and discretion with confidential info
• Proficient in HR software and MS Office
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification a plus
