We are scaling fast and hiring an HR Manager to build and lead our HR function.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead end-to-end hiring for 100+ roles across leadership, sales, e-commerce, marketing and operations

• Build and lead the HR team: recruiters, HR operations and payroll

• Own payroll, PF/ESI and statutory compliance

• Set up HR policies, KRAs, appraisals and onboarding

• Handle employee relations and discipline fairly and firmly

• Report hiring progress, attrition and HR metrics to leadership

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 610 years in HR, including 2+ years leading HR or a team

• Proven volume hiring experience in a growing company

• Strong knowledge of payroll, labour laws and compliance

• FMCG, manufacturing or startup experience preferred

• Fluent in Kannada and English; Hindi is a plus

• Based in or willing to relocate to Mysuru
