With decades of industry experience and a strong network of dedicated professionals, Care Group Community Services has grown into a full-service disability and community support provider.
Our purpose is to enhance our communities and alleviate hardship through the provision of quality support services, accommodation, and emergency care to people in need.

- Support workforce planning and ensure HR processes align with operational and rostering requirements.
- Work closely with payroll and finance to support accurate employee entitlements, pay rate updates, and HR-related payroll matters.
- Coordinate staff induction, mandatory training, professional development, and compliance training.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure mandatory qualifications, checks, and certifications remain current.
- Lead HR projects, process improvements, and initiatives to improve workforce efficiency and employee experience.
- Provide HR reporting, workforce insights, and recommendations to senior management.
- Promote Care Group's values of D.E.S.I.R.E – Diversity, Empathy, Synergy, Integrity, Respect and Excellence.

- A qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in a HR management or senior HR role, ideally covering recruitment, compliance, and employee relations.
- Strong understanding of Australian employment legislation, including Fair Work requirements and WHS obligations.
- Experience managing sensitive employee matters with professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience using HRIS, payroll, and workforce management systems.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable
- Experience within the disability, community services, healthcare, or NDIS sector.
- Understanding of NDIS workforce compliance requirements.
- Experience developing HR processes and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
